Once your quote is accepted, we kick off the planning process and get everything underway.

• Accept your quote and pay the $1,900 Preliminary Plans fee
• Receive a welcome call and letter from your Project Coordinator
• HIA Preliminary Works Agreement issued via DocuSign
• Preliminary Works invoice sent and paid
• Site reports ordered: contour survey, engineering, geotech, BASIX
• CDC/DA lodged (if land is registered)

Now it’s time to personalise your home.

Choose your colours, materials and finishes with guidance from our expert team.

• Receive and review your architectural plans
• Option for a face-to-face plan presentation
• External colour selection pack mailed to you
• Attend brick yard showroom for external finishes
• Internal colour appointment at our Grange Showroom
  (kitchen, flooring, tiles etc.)

With your selections done, we move into finalising contracts and submitting your plans for building approval.

• Land registers and HIA Building Agreement sent via DocuSign
• Signing secures your 365-day capped price and build slot
• Plans lodged to certifier for CDC or DA
• Approved plans sent to your lender to obtain Authority to Commence Construction

Once approvals are in place, we begin building your dream home — starting with the slab and setting the foundations.

• Finalise purchase orders and book suppliers/trades
• Site is levelled, piers drilled and slab poured
• Construction is officially underway!
