(via email) This was our first build and the whole experience from the start till handover was a pleasant one! Most importantly, we love how Kaplan Homes offered a fixed price without any hidden costs when it came to settlement! Their luxurious and generous inclusions came as standards (unbelievable value) which compared to other builders involved a cost to upgrade! My Sales consultant, Charla was absolutely fantastic. Her friendly approach, prompt replies to emails and phone calls, level of communication and support was top notch! A special mention to our Construction Director, Warren! We cannot thank him enough for his patience, time and effort he has spent on addressing all our questions/concerns and giving us peace of mind to ensure the entire build was a smooth one. He was always responsive and called us back immediately. Even now when we have moved in for 5 months that he still picks up our calls and answers any questions we have regarding the house. Honestly, which builder will have that much time on their hands to assist you after handover! This demonstrates how sincere and caring this man is to all his clients and we are not just treated like another number! Overall, we are utterly satisfied with the quality of the build and happy with how quick they completed it! We will definitely build again with Kaplan Homes and without hesitation recommend them to all our family and friends ! Once again THANK YOU KAPLAN! You guys are the best!
