I couldn't be more delighted with my experience with Kaplan during both the pre-construction and construction phases of my home. From the moment I decided to embark on this exciting journey, they've displayed professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to quality that has left me impressed. I will recommend Kaplan to everyone who is looking for hassle free and peace of mind building their home. The best decision we made was choosing Kaplan Homes as our builder. We are currently in the pre-construction stage, and the entire process is proceeding smoothly and swiftly. It has been a truly stress-free experience, and Kaplan Homes has delivered on all their promises. This includes 'No More to Pay' and providing the contract within two business days. Thanks to their fast-tracked plan preparation, we were able to sign before October, exempting us from the new BASIX requirements, resulting in substantial cost savings. They have committed to commencing construction in November, and we are impressed with the efficiency of their team. We would like to express our gratitude to Anne, our project coordinator, for her exceptional patience and support. She consistently responds to our emails and inquiries promptly, offering invaluable advice during the colour selection process. Unlike many other builders who might encourage numerous upgrades, Anne had our best interests in mind and recommended only essential upgrades. The standard inclusions are already luxurious! Additionally, we want to extend our thanks to Eddie and Syed for their assistance with the tender and home design. With Kaplan Homes, we feel that the focus is on the clients, as opposed to many other builders primarily driven by financial gain. We eagerly anticipate the completion of our new home!

We never regretted signing up with Kaplan from start. We signed up with them Oct 2020. Despite our land registry got delayed for more than a year, while our neighbors are bothered by the increase of pricing of their build, we couldn't care less as Kaplan honored our contract package of capped price and no hidden cost even after a year delay to start our build. After handover of land to Kaplan, it was smooth sailing from start to finish and the team manage to handover the property on time. Special thanks to Vereneke, our project coordinator, who has been very supportive throughout the entire process. To Chantelle (and to her cute dog 🙂 ) our site supervisor, who has been very patient, helpful and professional during the build stage. And also to Warren for overlooking everything. Looking forward to working with you guys again! Thanks again Kaplan team for building our dream home. 🙂
