Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Kaplan, for making the Juma's family dream home possible from the beginning to the end. We heard other people's struggles with building their new homes and we have nothing bad to say about Kaplan except how much we bragged about our builder and we'll continue to do so. Truly amazing home Kaplan. Thank you Vereneke, for helping us with the design and planning and the back-and-forth emails. After we had our final colour selections, I couldn’t imagine the final outcome and wasn’t sure about the colours so I emailed Vereneke about it. Vereneke made an appointment at no extra cost and had the entire house’s colour selection laid out for me, which gave me a piece of mind and had no doubt about my selection after that. A BIG thank you to our supervisor Mark. From the beginning to the end, he kept us informed about every step to what was happening and always answered his phone. Mark asked us to come to the site and see what we wanted from the huge under the stair's storage room and now thanks to him we have a study room with built in shelves. Kaplan that man deserves a raise. From our family to the entire Kaplan team thank you for our beautiful home.

I will Highly recommend Kaplan to anyone who will be Building. From our First conversation with Milie at the Marsden Park Showroom help us design and change plans to design our forever home. We then got transfer to Emel our Project Co- Ordinator who was very helpful and made our process with Kaplan go smoothly. Emel was very straight to the point and informed us if there will be delays. Every fortnight she would always send us an updated email even if there was no changes. We also had a great Site Project Manager Jacob who was very polite and was very helpful with any questions we had about our build.

Our overall experience with Kaplan was highly positive, however we did encounter some minor communication challenges during the final stages. Despite this, we are very happy with our home and are already recommending Kaplan to our friends and neighbours who are considering building. The seamless process, regular updates from our site manager and project manager (Emel), plus the overall quality of work have made us confident in recommending Kaplan for future projects. It's 5 stars from us.
