I'm so glad I chose Kaplan Homes for building my home. The entire experience was enjoyable, even though I initially faced some challenges with finance and getting my construction loan approved by my bank. From the moment I signed with Kaplan, Vereneke has been an incredible supervisor, always there with helpful answers, clarifications, and suggestions. I also want to give a special mention to Warren and the construction team, who not only completed my home ahead of schedule but allowed us to hold our housewarming ceremony on an auspicious date. My family and I are especially grateful for this, as it allowed us to save on three months of rental expenses, too! We had many challenges purchasing our off-the-plan land and building, but walking into our completed home and showing it to my parents overseas truly made them proud of my wife and me.
